Rugby World Cup Sevens

AT&T Park, San Francisco, CA

Sitelines managed the Creative, Production, and I&D for all Tournament branding, graphics, signage, opening & awards ceremonies, ancillary events, fan experience elements, partner activations, concessions, as well as Stadium interior and exterior branding and wayfinding.

This included the co-ordination of local labor Unions, production of CAD drawings, stamped engineering plans, as required for permitting purposes with the Venue, City and Port of San Francisco.

One unique aspect of the Stadium rebranding was the removal of and refacing of all outfield pads within a 24-hour period.

Sitelines supplied and operated all field LED elements (620’ linear main TV Arc / 262’ linear of Blindside) for the tournament including custom video content, creation and management of FTP submission site and inventory documentation and distribution of all field LED broadcast content, as well as the backbone components of the scorekeeping system.

We prepared 64 hospitality suite décor survey packages by field-measuring and photographing each suite that allowed global partners to customize and activate uniquely branded entertainment spaces.
